The kite festival will take place between the 25th and 27th of August 2012 on Southsea Common, Southsea, Hampshire. Entry to the kite festival is free.

Information about the area and accommodation can be found at www.visitportsmouth.co.uk. The nearest campsite is the Southsea Holiday and Leisure Park.

Public car parking is available on roads around the common and sometimes on the common (payable). Members of the Kite Society can request a car pass by contacting us.

How to get there: The kite festival is located on Southsea Common, Portsmouth and sign posted from all major roads.  The nearest railway station is Portsmouth  Harbour and the area is serviced by a number of local buses.
