Over the two main days of the festival we have a number of exciting and varied displays. These include:

Synchronised multi line kite ballet to music with up to 12 fliers at one time.

Artistic kite displays

Giant cartoon kites

Very large spinning Bol kites

Quad line kite displays set to music

Japanese fighting kites.

Altitude sprint

Sweet and Teddy Bear dropping

The theme this year in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War is turn of the 20th Century Historical Kites (original or replica).

Showcase of individual kite artists and fliers who are attending this year

On site will be a number of specialist kite traders, food traders, craft stalls, donkey rides, bar and children’s entertainment.  A free children’s kite workshop will also be on site.
